My Journey

A Passion Born in the Kitchen


My love affair with Mediterranean cuisine began not in a restaurant, but around a family table — where meals were an event, every dish was made with intention, and the simple act of breaking bread together was sacred.

That experience shaped everything I do today. I trained in the art of authentic Mediterranean and Italian cooking, mastering traditional techniques from Neapolitan pizza-making to the delicate craft of hand-rolled pasta. But what I bring to your table goes beyond technique: the warmth, the generosity, and the joy of Mediterranean dining culture.

Today, I bring that same spirit to homes across Hertfordshire and London. Whether I'm preparing an intimate four-course dinner for six or catering a wedding celebration for two hundred, every event receives the same dedication: hand-selected seasonal ingredients, meticulous preparation, and menus crafted around your vision.
